• You should have received a confirmation email. There is a link and you need to click it for complete your sign up. To click the link, you can be a stay@ member. After that you can login at stay@ with your e-mail address and password when you registered.

• Your e-mail address is used for only to send information from stay@, used for send notification when you got a message from other stay@ members. Your e-mail address is not made public.

• There are many spam mails recently. So our confirmation email might be in your "Junk" or "Spam" folder.Please check your spam folder that includes "stay@" or "@stayat.info" and put "@stayat.info" on whitelist.

• No. stay@ is not homestay agency. stay@ is the website like a base that can connect guests and host families. stay@ will be made by stay@ members.

• stay@ charges no commissions, fees. stay@ will never charges anything for all members and host families. All free for all guests and host families.

• stay@ is not homestay agency so we cannot introduce. Also stay@ will never introduce homestays for members.

• "Add as a Friend" is like a favorite function. You do not have to apply to the member, just bookmarking the member if you are interested in. If both members added a friend each other, both members can post testimonial and introduce each other.

• I just entered XX characters but error message occurs and says "No entries of over YY characters can be entered."

• Few characters are automatically encoded for work correctly. Therefore, even if only one character is inputted, it is likely to be treated as 4 or 6 characters on the system. We are sorry but it requires for running system correctly.

• If you set your information open as public, anyone can see your information. So be carefull to set it, please. You can also set it as friends only, then you may choose it open or close

• It can be only seen by members but it will be opened as public on internet, so please be carefull not to infringe any copyrights.

• Can I change my password at a short term?

• We recommend you to change it regularly but do not compel to do. If you use a PC that is used by other people, please be carefull to use your password.

• If the host family canceled my reservation, what will you do for me?

• We are sorry we introduce no homestays or accommodations for you. Find a trustable host by checking "Profile", "Host page", "Tsubuyaki". Also contact the host by using "Message" before you go to the homestay.
  You can rate a host or guest after your contract. It will help other members to find out a host or guest that their like.

• I am in trouble with host family...

• We are sorry that we cannot help you. Please do your best to make up with them.

• I cannot open my host page as public. How can I do it?

• When you check "Make host pages public" on your "Edit my host page", you can set it as public.

• Can anyone see my private information on my host page?

• All of your information on your host page can be seen by members. You do not need to input all of the information, so please input as many as you can.

• How do I post a topic?

• Clicking icon below of "Find Hosts" then you can the category of topic page. There is a link >> Create a new Topic below of the page. Clicking this link will open the from.

• May I use Topics for recruit hosts/guests?

• You may use it.

• What does [+] or [-] mean at topic?

• To click [+] or [-] link you can post rating at the comment. Please post [-] rating when the spam comments or bad comment occurs. Under the 0 rating comments will be wraped and not shown on the topic.
  As for [+] rating, the comment will be emphasized on the topic.
  In general, people wants to use BBS wholesomely. This function will made BBS for good way by wholesomely members.

• "Tsubuyaki" is a simple communication tool. It makes you communicate with someone easily like just saying "Hello".
