Terms of Service
1.General Conduct
1) I will not use any foul or otherwise inappropriate language in my profile, comments, or messages to other members. Profiles and usage in violation of this rule are subject to being removed immediately and without warning.
2) I will not create or submit unwanted email (spam) to any stay@ members.
3) I will not use racist, hateful, or otherwise offensive comments.
4) I will not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other stay@ users either online or offline.
5) I will not transmit information promoting activities that would be illegal under the laws of Japan or in my jurisdiction.
6) I am solely responsible for all content published or displayed through my account, including any email messages, and for my interactions with other members.
2.Submission of content on stay@
1) I agree to grant stay@ a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, perform, promote, archive, translate, and to create derivative works and compilations, in whole or in part. Such license will apply with respect to any form, media, technology already known or developed subsequently;
2) I warrant and represent that I have all legal and other rights that may be necessary to grant us the license specified above;
3) I acknowledge and agree that stay@ shall have the right (but not obligation), at stay@'s entire discretion, to refuse to publish, or to remove, or to block access to any content I provide, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
Privacy
I understand that Use of the website and/or the service is also governed by stay@'s Privacy Policy.
Indemnity
I indemnify and hold stay@, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third meeting due to or arising out of my use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of my representations and warranties set forth above.

1) stay@ is not responsible for any incorrect content regardless of how it was posted.
2) stay@ is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user.
3) stay@ is not responsible for any kind of technical malfunction or failure.
4) Under no circumstances shall stay@ be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death resulting from the use of the website or contact with the user, be it online or offline.
5) stay@ is provided "AS-IS".
Limitation on Liability
In no event shall stay@ be liable to me or any third event for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profit damages arising from my use of the website or the service, even if stay@ has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
