Rating system is available after a host accept a reservation that a guest applied.
By using rating system helps you to show how much satisfaction you got.
It is possible that a guest who has high score stayed with good manner, and also a host who has high score provided good service.
You can take these points and comments into consideration, then you can decide whether you accept him(or her) or not and also decide whether you apply to him(or her) or not.

Caluculation of rating is not by number of times but by number of people.
If you rate many times, only the latest one works.
